Stephanie Joanne emerged into Toronto’s fitness industry in 2001. Since then she has found herself working in many different capacities. She has worked as a Personal Trainer, Club Consultant, Group Fitness Instructor, studio owner and everything in between.
Today she is training Toronto’s most high profile television personalities and everyday clients at a private downtown studio. Stephanie is the Fitness Expert on Cityline and has weekly fitness segments on CityNews, along with regular appearances on Breakfast Television. In short, she’s at the top of her game.
Stephanie’s passion for fitness originated in her early childhood where sports and active lifestyles were naturally encouraged. Her love for competition and fitness directed her to pursue a background in Kinesiology at York University in Toronto. Stephanie’s passion for the health and wellness industry has her constantly taking on new certifications and courses. As of late she has become very motivated to study the relationships between mental health and body image. Her ability to connect with her audiences has been recognized nationwide. Her love for people and passion for fitness created the genesis of her lifestyle brand, Stephanie Joanne Living, where clients can work with her worldwide through online training, coaching and motivation.
To date she has achieved many accomplishments in the industry. An impressive roster of clients and testimonials, a signed spokesperson to Nutrition Excellence, a Fitness Ambassador and media role at Toronto’s former Extreme Fitness and the founder and creator of her own Fusion 31 Workout Method and Fitness DVD shows that Stephanie is not slowing down anytime soon. She has established herself as one of the most respected female personal trainers in Toronto and is a go-to guru for the media.
Stephanie’s philosophy for her clients is to stress balance integrating fitness, nutrition and mental well-being. In the hopes of sharing her insight with as many people as she can, she embarks on a journey of showing you how to love your body inside and out.
