FEEL Better, LOOK Better, BE Better!

I want to talk about ENERGY. Our own energy – within us, our Life Force Energy is the kind of ‘energy’ I am talking about. Some of us have too much energy within and are therefore….scattered anxious, worried, fearful etc and others don’t feel that they have enough energy…. they are tired, down, overwhelmed, and in some cases depressed.

In both cases, we are looking at regulating our energy. When we regulate, balance and optimize our energy we can move forward confidently on our Life Path. Who doesn’t want that? When our energy is balanced and even, we are most effective; physically, emotionally and mentally. There are also PERKS! The perks are… DRUM ROLL PLEASE….You also get to FEEL better, LOOK better most importantly, you get to BE better.

To balance our energy, we are looking at cleansing and clearing our chakras….and to ‘get the perks – you have to do the works’ – so let’s find out what we have to do to LOOK AND FEEL our BEST!

Let me take a moment and give a quick explanation of what a chakra is for those who are not aware. We have 7 major chakras in our body from the top of our crown to the base of our spine. Each chakra is like a spinning wheel that moves energy throughout our body – like a fan that moves the energy around. A common analogy I use is; A blocked chakra is like a room in your house that is full of stuck humid air. In this case, you would plug in a fan in the corner to move the air around and clear the room. Soon, the room begins to feel more comfortable. Eventually however, that fan is going to get dirty and dusty and you will need to unplug the fan and clean it off.

When you plug it back in, the fan works better and the air is moved around the room more effectively.

It is the same with our chakras. As they spin around and move energy within our bodies, they can get clogged and blocked by negative energy. A regular day in which we are at work, in different situations, in conversations or relationships and even simply memories replaying in our mind that are less than positive can cause a reduction in our energy. In some cases these blockages in our chakras might be downright toxic energy! This and all types of negative energy can result in little bits residue, debris and obstacles that are absorbed into one or some of our chakras and this negative energy inhibits our chakras ability to MOVE ENERGY. So we get stuck or overwhelmed or depressed or have high anxiety etc. Blocked chakras affect us physically, emotionally, mentally and also spiritually.

In order to regulate and balance our own Energy within our body, we need to ensure that we are paying proper attention to the maintenance of our fans or chakras. For our energy to be clear, optimal and effective – we need to see the importance of turning our attention to clearing our own energy – and we have to be vigilant about it!

Clearing energy is not rocket science in fact, most of the examples that I am going to give can seem a little ‘base’ however by ACTUALLY working through some of the points on a regular basis – the benefits can be very beneficial and in some cases, life changing.

You have to do the work though and you have to be consistent!

Some examples of how we can clear and cleanse our own Chakras on a regular basis are;

  • Breathing – and I am talking about DEEP BREATHING! I know it sounds very base as we HAVE TO breathe to survive but many times that is ALL we are doing. We catch ourselves breathing shallowly, almost panting sometimes. We are breathing JUST ENOUGH to keep our organs going and that is it! This is NOT ENOUGH to infuse our energy with BREATH – life giving breath. Some people are ‘breath holders’ when working on the computer, watching tv, during conversations etc and this is debilitating to your energy levels. When we breathe deeply and exhale deeply it clears energy immediately, boosts the energy within each of your chakras – you can even say to your self as you do so “Breathing in pure energy, exhaling out any negativity or blockages in my energy chakras”. 3 deep breaths in a row is enough to ‘remove and clear your energy from a negative situation you are in at the moment and spending 10 minutes or more each evening, or on the subway, or waiting for the bus can be enough to boost your entire Life Force Energy and balance those chakras.

 

  • ‘Stripping away the Negatrons’ – Looking objectively at the circle of people, relationships and situations that you surround yourself with on a daily or regular basis and being honest as to which people or situations TAKE ENERGY from you. This type of situation can really pull your energy down and by LIMITING time spent in this situation and/or with this person or people – you can allow your energy to continue to strengthen and build without having it continually sapped away.

 

  • Positive Energy Flowchart – Thinking positive thoughts increases energy flow levels in the meridians or energy highways that run energy from chakra to chakra. This increases the amount of Life force energy to our organs which strengthens them from sickness and disease. This in turn increases energy flow from chakra to chakra which clears obstacles and moves life force energy at an even greater rate. This increase enables your Life force energy to shine out to your Aura layers. Your Aura is able to form a strong energetic shield which inhibits your ability to absorb negativity from your outer environment. This enables your own energy to continually balance and strengthen ensuring that going forward you FEEL better, LOOK better and you are able to BE….BETTER!

 

  • Yoga, daily physical exercise, meditating as well as spending time outside are all additional ways to maintain clear, strong Life force energy.

 

Of course, booking an Energy Healing or Reiki treatment can ‘fast forward’ this process for you however even so, it is important that between sessions you are able to maintain balanced chakras as part of your daily routines to SEE and FEEL and BE – your BEST!
