From a very young age, Gregory has been exposed to clothing and style as a way to represent one's self to the world. His father, Randy Lalonde, opened up a menswear store when he started primary school. For years, every day after the final bell rang, the school bus dropped him off at the front door of Blazer For Men. Cleaning the floors, dusting the shelves and counting inventory were some of the first tasks assigned by his father, but by the time it came to head off to University, Gregory was handily helping customers find and put together new ways of showing off their own unique style.

A personal trainer turned kinesiologist specializing in chronic disease and chronic pain management, Evan believes that exercise plays a major role in delaying the process of aging and preventing chronic disease. In addition to his passion for helping others improve their quality of life through exercise, Evan also researches, formulates, and develops natural health products including the DYNAMIS sports nutrition line and other vitamin and mineral products.

I am a mother of an amazing 5 year old little man and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. A couple years after having my son I got sick of being out of shape and got serious about fitness! I trained hard and this is when I became a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor! In July 2011 I decided I wanted to push myself to the next level in fitness and committed to training for a fitness competition. I chose to complete at the IDFA (International Drug Free Association) in October 2011. I am now able to proudly say "I am an IDFA Athlete".
I will be training even harder, now that the fire inside me has been fueled! My plans for the 2012 year are huge, and I am so thankful to have Dynamis by my side as I take on more fitness challenges! Thank you Dynamis for making me a Dynamis Brand Ambassador, its such an honor!

Stephanie Joanne emerged into Toronto’s fitness industry in 2001. Since then she has found herself working in many different capacities. She has worked as a Personal Trainer, Club Consultant, Group Fitness Instructor, studio owner and everything in between.

My name is Kristin Cavarzan, and I’m a 20 year old fitness model and athlete from Hamilton Ontario. Currently a Criminology student with aspirations of becoming a police officer. Health and fitness has always been apart of my lifestyle, and I love nothing more than helping to motivate others in achieving their goals.
I have been playing hockey the last 15 years, and I am also an amateur boxer. I am greatly knowledgeable what it takes to be an athlete. Although I am familiar with supplements, I am a strong believer in food and believe healthy and proper eating will benefit you more down the road.
Coming from a family of 6, I learned how to cook at an early age and fell in love with it. I also like to pick up a good book, and I have a movie collection that you wouldn’t believe! I like all kinds of music, and frequently go to concerts and festivals to help support the bands.

Caroline was was born into the natural health field. Her family has practised herbology and natural nutrition both in Canada and Europe to support their health for several generations. Caroline’s beliefs have deep roots and have shown great results within her practise, family, and circle of friends.
It was a natural fit when she decided to become involved in the Holistic Health care field. Caroline graduated Holistic Nutrition at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (2005) and BioEnergy at The Institute of Natural Health Technologies (2006). Giselle Curcio is a National Educator for Advanced Skincare and Cosmetic Enhancement. October 22nd, 2010 was my debut to the fitness-modeling world. From there I have climbed the fitness and bikini model world, having graced many stages over the past year, from UFE shows, IDFA, SAF, Fitness Star, OPA and CBBF.
The past two years havebeen a true test of both inner and outer strength. Not only in gaining knowledge and expertise to compete but also how to over come road blocks. As I learned very quickly, consistency in ones diet is paramount, as everyday presents itself with many speed bumps. I soon realised that the true test of mental and physical strength is pushing through and staying focused on your goals and dreams…even when that chocolate bar is screaming your name! Thanks to great coaching, colleagues and family, I persevered and even surprised myself in my achievements.
To be a true role model you must emulate a high standard of health, fitness and nutrition. Everyday I am a motivator, life coach and practitioner of my beliefs. I feel that in order to motivate others I must practice what I preach.
