Looking your best does not mean you have to turn to chemical covered products and cleaners. There are natural ingredients that can be found in beauty products that can help make you feel good from the inside out.

Beauty care products and cosmetic items are essential for a gals feel good routine. But if you aren’t carful the products you thought were healthy could be secretly hiding chemicals. To truly be healthy choose products that are 100% natural. But caring for you body and mind is not just with your beauty products. Everything you put on and in your face makes a difference.

These tips can help.

Say No to Microwave Food

Okay, maybe you are in a rush, and can’t seem to find the time to cook an elaborate dinner. Between yoga, work and running the kids to practice your time is limited, we know how it is. But choosing food that is local and fresh is much better for you than microwave processed foods. There are many types of foods you can eat that are healthy, it is a matter of stocking your kitchen with the right ingredients. When there is healthy food close by you are more inclined to eat it.

When you eat at restaurants, choose food that is locally sourced or prepared to order. Ask your server where the fish is from, or if the vegetables are grown locally. The less packaged foods in the kitchen means the healthier the meal. The chef and restaurant managers will be eager to talk to you about how they prepare their food, don’t be shy and just ask. 2. Choose your products carefully

Any type of product that you put on your skin as well as in your body should be looked at closely. Read labels of all cosmetic products. If there are chemicals and a lot of by products in the product it will hinder your bodies ability to heal and nourish itself. Some body water companies add additives and even chemicals into their products. It is wise to understand where your products come from and be wise about what you use.

This includes products like toothpaste and mouthwash as well. The type of oral health products that are best fro your teeth include fluoride but some companies manufacture fluoride and pump it into chemical filled products. If you are thinking about switching brands, It is best to look at every part of the company, including the website and consumer reports. Always choose the best quality, non-toxic products you can find, says Doctor Randy Morgan a dentist in Newberg Oregon.

Users can check the ingredients and toxicity of the products they’re considering so they can make informed choices about buying or continuing to use certain products.

3. Make your own beauty products.

Food can provide an abundant opportunity to create beauty in your life especially from the inside out. We love avocado and lemon juice. Many spas will use this concoction but you can make an invigorating mask right in your own kitchen. This is a moisturizing mask that can help give your body more vitamin E. While a honey and banana mask will give your skin that soft glow. Experiment with various ingredients: oatmeal, green teas, fruits, yogurt, and eggs, and you can create all-natural products that are packed with nutrients for your skin and your body.
